Her keen ability to assess business needs through due diligence and effective collaboration across diverse business functions is an invaluable asset to clients.

Chryssa offers more than a decade of experience consulting business leaders across multiple industries and technological sectors, including Digital Marketing, Online Services, Computer Hardware, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Data Storage and Networking Solutions, Travel, Aviation & Exploration, Hospitality, Healthcare, Fashion Apparel, Food & Beverage, Wireless Telecom, Manufacturing and more.

She has also consulted business owners within the small and mid-size tiers to develop actionable strategies and optimize the competitive market positioning of her clients in both high technology and traditional business settings.

Prior to founding OPTYVA, Ms. Lee led a cross-division team of twelve senior Business Managers within Microsoft’s MSN U.S. Media Group, chartered with strategic planning, performance management, executive leadership support and internal communications. Her depth of experience also includes:

  • Leadership positions focused on product planning, Web analytics, research, marketing, business management and BI/CI within the Online Services Group of Microsoft, including the MSN, Windows Live and Bing brands
  • Financial strategy and planning with Advanced Digital Information Corp. (ADIC), a publicly-traded, multi-national corporation offering data networking solutions
  • Top Associate Consultant within the Business Valuation group of Andersen LLP, the largest valuation consulting practice in the greater Pacific Northwest (till 2003) – directly managed and engaged in more than 100 consulting analyses related to strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, divestitures, tax and estate planning

Ms. Lee holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington, with degrees in Finance, Information Systems and Digital Communications.

Chryssa enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle and holds personal interests in international travel and worldwide cultures.

Amy demonstrates a strong commitment to integrity, quality, service excellence and business results.

She brings 15 years of significant experience and subject-matter expertise while working to expand a multi-billion dollar business at Microsoft. For over a decade, Amy has demonstrated vision, change leadership and execution excellence in a variety of sales, marketing, organizational change and consulting roles where she:

  • Served large private sector clients of multiple industries and the civilian Federal government in technology enablement and information management, helping them achieve ROI in data, communications and applications infrastructure investments as part of the US Subsidiary in the 1990s
  • Served the Office of President in the creation and execution of a large-scale organizational change strategy to significantly improve satisfaction in the global Enterprise customer and partner experience
  • Led the Enterprise and Partner Group (EPG) strategy and deployment of the corporation's priority global customer satisfaction initiatives for over 12,000 globally dispersed sales and services professionals, positively impacting customer and partner relationships. Designed and implemented a process to improve business insight and enable decision-making for consumer satisfaction measures in all core online and communications properties within the Online Services Group (MSN and Windows Live) including MSN Messenger, Hotmail, Spaces and Search.

In these various roles, Amy has negotiated multi-million dollar contracts, hosted executive briefings to ensure leaders gain the most from their assets, enabled broad channel partner development, led a $600 million ROI Six-Sigma level project managing globally dispersed teams and led a strategic task force with a licensing risk analysis. Amy is tenacious and effective at understanding, managing and communicating the business problem from end-to-end. The keys to her success include deep insight, empathy and a focus on quality, continuous improvement.

Prior to OPTYVA, Mrs. Masreliez was the Founder and CEO of Lakshmi International LLC, a firm dedicated to product licensing optimization for Microsoft Corporation, including high-quality, predictable and timely global delivery of product use rights and third-party program online and offline content. She actively contributes to several organizations including the Environmental Defense Fund, Natural Resources Defense Council, Earth Policy Institute, Green America, Human Rights Watch, Electronic Frontier Foundation and the Sierra Club. Amy holds an Executive MBA and a B.A. from the University of Washington in International Studies.

Amy loves the outdoors and yoga and has run three full and half-marathons within the past four years. Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, evolving her meditation practice, and writing historical fiction about life in ancient Greece.
